We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving the order.

5.2 Condition of Returns

Items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and integrity, the following are final sale:

• Christmas Candles & Fragrance: All candles and fragrance products for health and safety reasons.
• Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any ornament or decoration customized for you.
• Opened Seasonal Advent Calendars: Christmas Advent Calendars that have been opened or used.

5.4 Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Care Team within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
2. Provide details of items you wish to return/exchange and the reason
3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
4. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation or RMA number
5. Ship to the address provided using a trackable service

5.5 Refunds

After we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
