We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging (such as the protective box for our Ball Ornaments or Christmas Figurines), and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please initiate your return or exchange request within this 15-day window to ensure a smooth process.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Our Customer Care Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details & Reason: In your email, let us know which items you wish to return or exchange (e.g., Christmas Lights, Christmas Pillows) and the reason for the return. This helps us serve you better.
- Receive Instructions & RMA Number: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack & Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing & Completion: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval status.
- For Returns: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you promptly.

Refunds: Timing & Method

- Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Method: The refund will be credited back to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. The time it appears on your statement depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee (e.g., the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, certain delicate, personal, or seasonal items cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our product collection, the following are final sale and non-returnable:
- Christmas Candles & Fragrance: For health and safety reasons, all candles and fragrance products are final sale once shipped.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any ornament or decoration that has been personalized or custom-ordered specifically for you.
- Opened Seasonal Advent Calendars: Christmas Advent Calendars that have been opened or used.
Please handle all products, especially fragile ones like our Christmas Nutcrackers and Christmas Nativity sets, with care upon unboxing. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
